spliceset.com is an informational marketing site for Spliceset, based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Content here describes services in general terms. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.

Inquiries are not a contract

Submitting a message on Contact, sending email, or booking a call does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to work together. A paid engagement starts only when both sides agree in writing (for example a proposal, statement of work, or contract).

Quotes and NDAs

Quotes, scopes, timelines, and fees are separate documents. A mutual NDA, if needed, is also a separate agreement, not these website terms and not the inquiry form alone.

No guarantee of engagement

We may decline projects, delay replies, or stop a conversation at any time before a signed engagement. Availability notes on the site (slots, kickoff windows) are estimates and can change.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of materials you send us for evaluation (briefs, diagrams, credentials you choose to share). Site content, branding, and our pre-existing methods stay ours. Deliverables from paid work are governed by the engagement agreement. Until that says otherwise, sending an inquiry does not transfer IP either way beyond what you need for us to review the brief.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Spliceset is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from relying on marketing copy here. Our total liability related to the site itself is limited to PKR 0 (the site is free to use). Paid project liability is set only in the signed engagement documents.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, or submitting others’ confidential data without permission). We may block access if that happens.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
