Spliceset is a systems architecture and product-engineering practice based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. This site is spliceset.com (including www).

What we collect

When you use Contact or email us, we may receive:

• Name
• Work email
• Company or organisation
• Message / project notes you write in the form
• Newsletter contact (same name and email), so we can send occasional B2B product or studio updates related to Spliceset

If you write to us directly, we also keep whatever is in that email thread (including your address and any attachments you send).

Why we use it

We use this information to:

• Reply to your inquiry
• Prepare a quote or technical take
• Book a discovery or architecture call when you ask
• Add you to our studio newsletter list (B2B updates); you can stop anytime

We do not sell your information. We do not use inquiry data for consumer advertising.

Where it goes

Project inquiries submitted on this site are stored in our database on Supabase (hosted Postgres) so we can reply and keep a record of the brief. Submitting the form also adds your name and email to our newsletter table in the same database. We also email the inquiry to our inbox via Resend (our outbound mail provider), including a short confirmation to the address you provide. Hosting for this site is on Vercel; DNS sits behind Cloudflare. Those providers process data only as needed to run the site, store the lead and newsletter contact, and send email. We do not sell this information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and email records while they are useful for an active conversation or a possible engagement, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed. That is typically within 24 months of last contact, unless a live project, quote, or legal duty requires longer retention.

Business outreach

Contact on this site is for business (B2B) use: founders, product teams, and similar organisations. Newsletter and outreach emails about Spliceset work can be stopped via the unsubscribe link in the message, or by replying “no” / “unsubscribe” (or emailing [email protected]).

Cookies

We do not run a marketing cookie wall. The site may use technical cookies or similar storage required by the host or browser (for example to keep the site secure and working). We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-oriented traffic metrics on this site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on spliceset.com.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete inquiry data we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top is the current version.
