The studio
Spliceset is a systems architecture and product-engineering practice based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, working remotely with teams worldwide. We find the seams, design the joints, and ship production systems with principal pods only: architecture first, no junior dilution.
We do not sell feature soup or staff augmentation. The work is joining critical software into one product: billing to telemetry, legacy data to a modern UI, APIs that should have talked years ago.
Founder
Fahad Ali founded Spliceset to do the splicing work himself and with a small principal pod: map the stack you already have, design how it should connect, and build the production path without brittle wrappers or a sales queue in the middle.
